π Quick Summary
We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to build, maintain, and enhance mobile banking apps on iOS and Android used by millions of members. You will work inside Agile teams with front-end, back-end, and product partners to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences that match business goals and member needs.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on mobile application development
- iOS: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode and/or Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)
- Writing and maintaining unit and UI tests, and taking part in peer code reviews
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration

- CI/CD pipelines
- Mobile accessibility standards
- Performance optimization
- Contribution to reusable component libraries
- Banking or financial services app experience (not in the JD; add only if the client confirms)
π What Youβll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS and/or Android
- Resolve production issues and improve platform stability and performance
- Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and product stakeholders
- Join sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies
- Follow platform-specific development standards and best practices
- Advocate for platform excellence and contribute to reusable components
- Stay current on mobile OS updates, trends, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team
- Support enterprise-wide mobile initiatives and help shape platform strategy

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
