We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on expertise in test automation, framework development, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing.
πΉ Required Skills:
β 15+ years of experience in QA and test automation
β Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
β Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
β Expertise in API testing, microservices, SQL, and database validation
β Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
β Strong knowledge of automation framework design, quality metrics, and test reporting
β Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing
β Ability to lead automation initiatives, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
β 15+ years of experience in QA and test automation
